HBF Arena, Distinctive Pools

Distinctive Pools were engaged to undertake the redevelopment of the swimming pools at HBF Arena in Joondalup. The Scope of Works included (but not limited to): • Demolition of existing finishes to entire swimming pools and surrounding concourse • Tile and re-plaster swimming pools • Re tile and waterproof concourse tiling • Remedial repair works to structural building columns • Re-painting of existing steel structures • Balance tank waterproofing • Minor plant room repairs
